Sales Representative - territory development (Dallas, TX)

Greenridge Mill Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Dallas, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our territory development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain our services around collection routes clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling collection routes. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
