Sales Representative - territory development (Colorado Springs, CO)

Bright Vista Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Colorado Springs, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our territory development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around policy renewals clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling policy renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
