Sales Representative - territory development (Colorado Springs, CO)

Summit Fox Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Colorado Springs region. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on territory development. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around permits clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling permits. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
