Sales Representative - territory development (Colorado Springs, CO)

Redstone Field Staffing is a Colorado Springs staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our territory development. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around onboarding clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
