Sales Representative - territory development (Cleveland, OH)

Nova Junction Staffing Group is a Cleveland staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our territory development. You would join a large organisation of about 548 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around client orders clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling client orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
