Sales Representative - territory development (Cincinnati, OH)

Cedar Keystone Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Cincinnati. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on territory development. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around volunteer programmes clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling volunteer programmes. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
