Sales Representative - territory development (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Sable Manufacturing and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be territory development. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around scrap and rework clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
