Sales Representative - territory development (Chicago, IL)

Lumen Oak Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Chicago, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our territory development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain our services around seasonal crews clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
