Sales Representative - territory development (Charlotte, NC)

Greenridge Wilder Insurance is an insurance company in Charlotte with claims and service teams, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our territory development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around catastrophe response clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling catastrophe response. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
