Sales Representative - territory development (Charlotte, NC)

Silverline Loom Staffing is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on territory development for temp assignments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around temp assignments clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling temp assignments. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
