Sales Representative - territory development (Charlotte, NC)

Stonegate Union Inspection Services is an inspection company in Charlotte with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on territory development. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around field inspections clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling field inspections. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
