Sales Representative - territory development (Charlotte, NC)

Northwind Drift Facilities Group cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Charlotte. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on territory development. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around supply orders clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling supply orders. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
