Sales Representative - territory development (Birmingham, AL)

Ironwood Granite Manufacturing is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on territory development for machine downtime, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around machine downtime clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling machine downtime. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
