Sales Representative - territory development (Baltimore, MD)

Redstone Field Medical designs and makes medical devices in Baltimore. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on territory development. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around production lots clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling production lots. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
