Sales Representative - territory development (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Forge Banking Services and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be territory development. You would join a small organisation of about 193 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around branch operations clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling branch operations. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
