Sales Representative - territory development (Anchorage, AK)

Harborlight Cobalt Construction is a Anchorage contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on territory development. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around change orders clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling change orders. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
