Sales Representative - territory development (Albuquerque, NM)

Nova Pike Construction is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on territory development for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around permits clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling permits. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
