Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Wichita, KS)

Stonegate Bridge Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Wichita region. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around seasonal crews clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling seasonal crews. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
