Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Wichita, KS)

Bright Vista Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Wichita region, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of about 505 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around subcontractor invoices clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
