Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Basin Environmental Services Group and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Explain our services around service complaints clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling service complaints. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
