Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Virginia Beach, VA)

Greenridge Wilder Insurance is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for catastrophe response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Explain our services around catastrophe response clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
