Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Tulsa, OK)

Ironwood Maple Staffing is a Tulsa staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around timekeeping clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling timekeeping. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
