Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Lumen North Insurance and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around premium billing clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling premium billing. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
