Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Tulsa, OK)

Ironwood Wilder Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Tulsa plant. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around production lines clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling production lines. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
