Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Tulsa, OK)

Nova Ember Staffing Group is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for candidate screening, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain our services around candidate screening clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling candidate screening. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
