Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Tulsa, OK)

Summit Beacon Markets Group is a Tulsa retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 90 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around pricing clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling pricing. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
