Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Tulsa, OK)

Cedar Glen Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Tulsa serving households and small businesses, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 133 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around loan files clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling loan files. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
