Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Northwind Forge Arts Center Group and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of about 985 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Explain our services around school partnerships clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling school partnerships. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
