Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Tulsa, OK)

Lumen Basin Facilities Group is a facilities company in Tulsa with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around customer sites clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling customer sites. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
