Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Silverline Forge Environmental Services and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 128 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Explain our services around collection routes clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling collection routes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
