Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Toledo, OH)

Rivermark Logistics is an insurance company in Toledo with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Explain our services around policy renewals clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling policy renewals. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
