Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Toledo, OH)

Lumen Cross Banking Services is a regional lender in Toledo with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain our services around fraud alerts clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling fraud alerts. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
