Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Lumen Cross Banking Services and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of about 838 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around fraud alerts clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling fraud alerts. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
