Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Tampa, FL)

Harborlight Wren Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Tampa, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of about 536 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around contractor visits clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling contractor visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
