Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Tampa, FL)

Lumen Junction Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Tampa plant. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around machine downtime clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling machine downtime. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
