Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (St. Louis, MO)

Foxglove North Construction is a St. Louis contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around materials orders clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling materials orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
