Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (St. Louis, MO)

Summit North Construction delivers building projects for owners across the St. Louis region. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 59 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around materials orders clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling materials orders. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
