Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Spokane, WA)

Clearpath Sparrow Hospitality is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for reviews and feedback, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around reviews and feedback clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
