Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Spokane, WA)

Fernwood Field Markets Group operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Spokane, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 129 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around shrink and waste clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling shrink and waste. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
