Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (Seattle, WA)

Harborlight Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Seattle with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around service complaints clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling service complaints. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
