Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (San Jose, CA)

Redstone Meadow Press Group is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around customer orders clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling customer orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
