Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (San Jose, CA)

Highbridge Rowan Foods Group produces packaged foods at its San Jose plant. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Explain our services around customer specifications clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling customer specifications. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
