Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (San Jose, CA)

Bright Meadow Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around San Jose with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around shrink and waste clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
