Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (San Jose, CA)

Redstone Vista Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its San Jose plant. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain our services around print quotes clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling print quotes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
