Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (San Jose, CA)

Nova Mill Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around San Jose. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. We reward reliability. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around dock schedules clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling dock schedules. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
