Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (San Jose, CA)

Westbrook Willow Staffing is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for timekeeping, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around timekeeping clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling timekeeping. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
