Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (San Jose, CA)

Summit Stone Energy is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on renewals and upsell for usage data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 188 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around usage data clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling usage data. • An existing network in the region.
