Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (San Jose, CA)

Summit Oak Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in San Jose. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on renewals and upsell. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around production batches clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling production batches. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
