Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (San Jose, CA)

Fernwood Vale Construction is a San Jose contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around materials orders clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling materials orders. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
