Sales Representative - renewals and upsell (San Jose, CA)

Foxglove Timber Insurance Group provides coverage to households and businesses around San Jose, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our renewals and upsell. You would join a small organisation of about 194 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around premium billing clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling premium billing. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
